Getting down to the wire...

Hi, Roadshow families! We are nearing the end and wanted to fill you in on some details! Below, we will list the "prep" houses your child(ren) have been assigned to and also the schedule for the next week. We will also list what your child should be wearing from home in case it slipped their minds ;). We are in need of several parents to transport the kids from the prep houses to the Stake Center on Dress Rehearsal and Performance Dates. If you can do this, please report to your assigned prep house owner.

Our schedule will be as follows:

Friday, February 22: DRESS REHEARSAL please report to your assigned prep house no later than 6:00 PM.

Wednesday, February 27th: Rehearsal @ Stake Center from 7:00-8:00 PM. We will not be wearing costumes for this rehearsal.

Thursday, February 28th: PERFORMANCE NIGHT Please report to your assigned prep house no later than 6:00 PM. Families are welcome to attend this evening. The Roadshow performances begin @ 7:00. Our ward performs @ 7:30.

Friday, March 1st: PERFORMANCE NIGHT Please report to your assigned prep house no later than 6:45 PM.

 Families are welcome to attend this evening. The Roadshow performances begin @ 7:00. Our ward performs @ 8:15.  Cast Party immediately following the performance @ The Beckett's Home ( 3 Via Perico, RSM)  You may pick up your child @ 11:00 PM from the Beckett's home.

Saturday, March 2nd: PERFORMANCE NIGHT Please report to your assigned prep house no later than 4:30 PM. This evening's performances are CLOSED to anyone but the Youth and their leaders. There will be a Stake Pizza Party and a Dance immediately following the evening's performances. You may pick up your child from the Stake Center. Pick up time TBD. If your child wishes to change out of their costume for the dance they should bring a change of clothes with them.

    

Prep Houses /Costumes:

Beehives and Mia Maids are assigned to the Kane Home (43 Colorido, RSM) Beehives have spoken with Sister Kane on what they need to wear. Mia Maids should wear neon or solid white or black T-shirts with Jeans and sneakers. Girls should bring their own basic make-up.

Laurels are assigned to the Brittany Larsen Home (51 Via Anadeja, RSM) Laurels should wear jeans and sneakers and have a zip-up hoodie to go over your CTR shirts that will be @ your prep house. Girls should bring their own basic make-up

Deacons are assigned to the Hughes Home (11 Via Taliana, RSM) Deacons should wear a nice casual outfit like a T-shirt and jeans with sneakers.

Teachers are assigned to the Hunt Home (52 Via Anadeja, RSM) Teachers should be wearing black pants with a black shirt and black shoes. Black beanies are ok if they have them.

Priests are assigned to the Hess Home (2 Ballantree, RSM) Priests should wear Jeans and sneakers with a zip-up hoodie to cover the provided CTR shirt.
